Kunming World Grand Colour Printing Co., Ltd.
("Kunming Plant")

Kunming Plant has top production facilities imported from different countries in the world. The establishment of the plant enabled AMVIG to expand its business into the Yunnan Province which is currently the largest cigarette manufacturing base in the PRC.

The Kunming Plant is principally engaged in the printing of high quality cigarette packages in the Yunnan Province. The major customers of Kunming Plant are Hongyun Honghe Tobacco Group and China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd. with major brands such as Yunyan and Shuangxi.

Beijing

Beijing Leigh-Mardon Pacific Packaging Co., Ltd.
("Beijing Plant")

Beijing Plant is a 83% owned subsidiary of AMVIG which was acquired in February 2006. The remaining 17% equity interest is owned by China National Tobacco Corporation, Beijing Company. Beijing Plant was established in 1995 and commenced operations in 1996.

It specialises in the production of high quality cigarette packages. Its major customers include Hubei Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Tobacco Group and Hebei Baisha Tobacco Co., Ltd., with major brands such as Hongjinlong and Liqun.

Qingdao

¹ Qingdao Leigh-Mardon Packaging Co., Ltd.
("Qingdao Plant")

Qingdao Plant is a 60% owned subsidiary of AMVIG which was acquired in February 2006. The remaining equity interest is owned by Etsong Tobaccco Group's Qingdao Cigarette Plant.

Qingdao Plant was established in 1993 and commenced operations in 1995. It specialises in the production of high quality cigarette packages. The major customer of Qingdao Plant is China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Corporation with major brands such as Hatamen and Taishan.

² Qingdao AMVIG Shuncheng Packaging Co., Ltd.
("Shuncheng Plant")

Shuncheng Plant specializes in the manufacturing of transfer papers, holographic films, such as PET/OPP laminating film and PET transfer film. It also focuses on research and development of anti-counterfeiting and seamless holographic products.

Dongguan

Dongguan KWG Colour Printing Co., Ltd. ("Dongguan KWG")

Dongguan KWG was established in December 2007 and mainly serves tobacco groups in Southern PRC. Its major customer is China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd. which manufactures the brand, Shuangxi. In February 2010, AMVIG acquired the remaining shareholding of 45% of Dongguan KWG.

Nanjing

Nanjing Sanlong Packaging Co., Ltd. ("Nanjing Plant")

Nanjing Plant is a 48% owned associate company of AMVIG which was established in 1998. The other remaining equity interest is owned equally by the employee associations of China Tobacco Jiangsu Industrial Corporation, Nanjing Cigarette Factory and Huaiyin Cigarette Factory.

It is principally engaged in the printing of high quality cigarette packages and has been awareded both the ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations. Its major customer is China Tobacco Jiangsu Industrial Corporation, with major brands such as Nanjing and Suyan.

Xian

Xian Great Sky Laser Hologram Co., Ltd. ("Xian Plant")

Xian Plant is 51% owned by AMVIG. The Xian Plant specializes in the manufacturing of film, such as PET/OPP laser film and PET transfer film. Xian Great Sky Science and Technology Co., Ltd. owns the remaining 49% of the equity.

Hangzhou

Hangzhou Weicheng Printing Co., Ltd. ("Hangzhou Plant")

Hangzhou Plant was acquired by AMVIG in late 2008. Hangzhou Plant mainly focuses on the manufacturing of of high-end cigarette packages. The major customers of Hangzhou Plant is Zhejiang Tobacco Group, one of the top 10 tobacco groups in the PRC, with major brands such as Liqun and Xiongshi.
